When Varlam is imprisoned in Grey Culmen, Karp commands one of the clan healers, Sheska, to treat his wounds and look after him. She visits Varlam in the dungeons regularly and on those visits they also talk to each other and they even start to become friends. Sheska will be important for Varlam's survival, but after the Lord Commander Alek finds out that she's been healing the wounds Alek has done to Varlam, he denies her access into the dungeons.
Varlam will be left alone in there until he gets away from Grey Culmen. It will be years when Varlam and Sheska meet again, but when they do, Varlam finally gets his chance to thank her for everything she did for him. 
She is one of those rare persons _{if not the only one} who keep him at least a little humble when needed. Well, she is the Princess after all. ; 3

I really like these two and I've been wanting to draw them together for months. Finally did. I'm still a bit poor at designing clothes and DRESSES ESPECIALLY but anyhow.
